The Lazy Sunday

I declined the invitation to go to the grocery store, Home Depot, Office Depot and other assorted Depots with Anthony today. (However if there was a Puppy Depot, there is no way I could turn that down). The thing is, it's Sunday! Time to lay around, blog on your front porch, enjoy the pretty weather, watch Season 3 of Friday Night Lights on DVD...

Speaking of which (tangent alert!), if you have not seen this TV show, created off of the movie Friday Night Lights, then you are MISSING OUT! It's awesome. If you liked The OC (or own the entire series and have watched it all the way through multiple times... errr...) then FNL is probably a safe bet for you. It's a similar formula, but throw in a Texas backdrop and a side order of football and you've got a winner. Anthony has told me that I need to "get over it" but he hasn't seen any episodes yet. I fully intend on getting him hooked. (P.S. Season 4 won't air until Summer 2010... lameskies. Luckily there are 3 seasons available on DVD so if you watch a season every three months, you will be right on schedule! ha)

Anywhosels-- back to my case of the Sundays...
You might be thinking "but you don't have a job, why is Sunday different than any other day for you?" And to that, I have no answer. Guess I am still pretending I have school. It won't be long until Anthony is telling me to "get over it." And he would be right. I should. Sigh.
