The Boom Boom Room

Last night was the big birthday celebration for myself, Lisa and Rochelle in the Boom Boom Room at the Hawk. If you have never been to the BBR, you probably wouldn't understand what kind of night it was. If you have been there-- or even better, if you were there last night-- then you have witnessed the types of shenanigans that go down when you put a bunch of drunk people in a dark lit room with techno music blasting. Oh yeah, and there's a stripper pole.

It was so much fun! We really wanted to do it big since it was a combined birthday and we are all lamenting our old age (it's all downhill after you turn 21). We succeeded in the BIG part, that's for sure. It was a marathon night starting at 7pm and going until close. I think I only made it until about 12:30, actually. I was happy that I didn't actually drink too much, despite the efforts of all of the kind party goers who were buying us shots left and right. (Thanks guys!).

Everyone looked fabulous and it was just a great night for the ol' memory book. There was one casualty, however... my poor digital camera who can no longer take pictures. Thus making it useless to me. Luckily, I was able to salvage these photos off of it, so it was not a total loss.
